Job Description

NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY | PROGRAM MANAGER | JIT CENTRAL OFFICE-PUEBLA

You will be responsible for coordinating all project activities between the client and the project team, until ensuring the successful launch of the project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project launch plans to ensure successful program implementation
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and drive execution aligned with customer milestones, events, and business requirements.
• Create, monitor, and update project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of all program objectives.
• Lead the launch of new programs while managing resources and budgets approved by senior leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams to evaluate, quote, and implement engineering changes and customer requests.
• Ensure the timely completion of project deliverables, proactively mitigating risks and preventing customer escalations.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and project success.
• Work together with the Projects and Sales Team to quote and implement engineering changes

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering

• Minimum 5 years of Program Management experience within the automotive industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Audi Portal, VW portal
• Bilingual: Spanish (native), English (advanced), German (Desirable)
