  • Source, screen, and propose investment, partnership, and M&A opportunities
  • Build and maintain financial models for acquisition targets, including valuation, financial statement analysis, NPV, and discounted cash flow analysis
  • Analyze new opportunities in adjacent and existing markets, including ongoing assessment of strategic options
  • Conduct market research on key industry trends, competitive dynamics, and issues impacting the Company
  • Work cross-functionally to align deal strategy with partners and stakeholders across business units
  • Perform peer benchmarking analyses and monitor sell-side research estimates and models
  • Support due diligence and deal closing activities

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, engineering, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or related transactional roles
  • Ability to independently build and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analyses
  • Strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting
  • Ability to synthesize complex market and financial data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, concise communicator – both written and verbal, and capable of translating complex topics for executive audiences
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, FactSet or Capital IQ; familiarity with data and analytics platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new tools while adapting to project-specific requirements

Preferred Requirements

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree or credential
