Job Description

Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end machine learning and computer vision solutions for industrial automation use cases.
Build and maintain scalable pipelines for data processing, model training, validation, and deployment.
Lead data collection, labeling, preprocessing, and quality improvement activities for AI projects.
Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production environments.
Deploy AI models into operational systems and support integration with software engineering teams.
Monitor model performance, track key metrics, and implement ongoing improvements and fine-tuning.
Evaluate emerging AI, computer vision, and foundation model technologies for business applications.
Mentor junior AI engineers and share technical knowledge across multidisciplinary teams.

Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning and computer vision solutions throughout the MLOps lifecycle.
Advanced proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, Transformers, and related AI frameworks.
Strong experience with modern computer vision techniques, including object detection, segmentation, visual feature extraction, and deep learning models.
Experience working with GPU-based training environments, software engineering best practices, version control systems, and cloud AI platforms.
