The main objective of the HR Specialist will be to manage the various HR policies of the company in order to achieve an adequate, professional, motivated and committed team with the company's goals and to achieve maximum contribution to its results. Manage the workforce needs based on defined goals and all HR functions for the WIP plant.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment and hiring process according to the needs of the plant and adapting to the labor market environment.
- Carry out internal selection or promotion processes for hourly categories.
- Plan and coordinate the hiring process for new employees.
- Carry out the new start and termination process of new employee management (documentation, social security, contracts, medical examination).
- Personnel administration: paid leave, sick leave, termination of employment, termination of contract, exit process, step increase, promotion letters.
- Variables and interfaces with payroll, time and attendance, robotic contact.
- Prepare payroll documents, supervise their implementation and ensure their payment. Indicate the necessary controls in accordance with SOX.
- Absence control and time control. Carry out actions to reduce the absence rate, identify root causes and coordinate with the HSE coordinator.
- Key user of SF update: data update, CIS, JO. 100% accuracy in audits and updating other databases. Perform HR GBS requests.
- Manage the process and fulfillment of GPDR.
- Create required reports. Support audits (IATF, AEO, OSHAS, SOX). Ensure green status.
- Maintain updated job descriptions.
- Prepare and implement the company training plan so that employees have the appropriate knowledge to perform their functions in accordance with internal procedures, in accordance with the regulations of the administration for obtaining subsidies.
- Create, maintain and review the company communication plan to ensure that people have information in a timely manner.
- Pay attention to employees with their inquiries and complaints. Obtain information about potential work environment issues.
- Plan and review performance evaluation processes in payroll and also support and standardize evaluation processes in hours. Perform talent assessments and succession planning.
- Coordinate activities related to team building, wellness, GROW, community service and employee experience.
- Responsibility for labor relations, representing the company in collective negotiations and maintaining relations with union representation, advising and supervising the resolution of internal conflicts of all groups. Advise and inform plant management/middle management on labor relations issues and applicable labor regulations.
- Represent the company in labor offices (inspections, courts, work delegation, mediation services, social security,...) Fulfill the basic administrative requirements of official organizations (INSS, Labor Inspectorate, Social Courts).
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in human resources.
- University degree in labor relations or law or psychology or business administration.
- Knowledge of recruitment, training, personnel administration, labor relations, compensation and benefits..
- Basic knowledge of HSE&E.
- Advanced MS Office.
- English.
