Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Representative (AARR).
Location: Valls, Spain.


We are looking for a passionate and detail-driven Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team. In this role, you will fight for every euro, maintain customer accounts as carefully as if they were your own, and drive improvements and synergies between our teams in Rabat and Valls. You will lead by example, continuously seeking efficiency and standardization in our processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer collections, ensuring overdue invoices are minimized and cash flow remains strong.
• Supervise and coordinate with the Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) to guarantee accurate invoicing, customer database maintenance, and proper cash allocation.
• Perform monthly Accounts Receivable reconciliations with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and Supervisor to escalate and resolve collection issues effectively.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial position; experience in Big 4 audit firms or multinational environments is highly valued.
• Proactive mindset with strong initiative.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of personal accountability.
