We’re looking for a Control Tower Logistics Supervisor to manage spot shipments across Europe by road, air, sea, and rail. This role is based at our Valls administrative office—a dynamic and well-connected location within Lear’s network. While based in Valls, you’ll support operations for the Seating division and other European plants.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee spot shipments across multiple transport modes (road, air, sea, rail)
• Ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries according to Lear standards
• Supervise and support a team of 3 analysts
• Monitor team KPIs and drive performance
• Train and guide analysts on routes, tools, and processes
• Be the main point of contact for carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Resolve transport issues and prevent delays
• Maintain accurate documentation and shipment records
• Analyze shipment performance and suggest improvements
• Audit transport invoices

Requirements:

• Degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related field
• Fluent in English (Spanish and other languages are a plus)
• 3+ years of logistics or freight forwarding experience (control tower experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of all transport modes
• Experience with Traffic Management Systems (TMS)
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
