Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and enhance digital quality platforms, including Palantir Foundry, SharePoint, Dundas BI, and regional quality tools.
Lead digitalization and automation initiatives that improve quality processes, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
Develop and implement innovative IDEA projects that deliver measurable business impact across the Europe & Africa region.
Design and deploy new digital solutions to address complex quality and process challenges.
Train, coach, and support Quality team members in developing and managing digital tools and projects.
Promote the adoption and scalability of successful regional initiatives across multiple plants and functions.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
Analyze business needs and translate them into practical digital solutions and process enhancements.
Monitor tool performance and ensure reliable support for existing platforms and applications.
Contribute to Lear’s digital transformation strategy by introducing innovative technologies and best practices.
Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience developing and supporting digital solutions, business intelligence tools, or process automation initiatives.
Experience with Palantir Foundry, Dundas BI, Microsoft SharePoint, or similar digital and analytics platforms.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to lead innovation projects, train end users, and collaborate effectively across international teams.
