Job Description

You proide proactive, high-level executive support to the VP EDS Operations, enabling focus on strategic priorities and operational effectiveness across a complex international scope. The role sits at the heart of the EDS organization and directly impacts leadership efficiency, decision-making, and cross-regional coordination.
Responsibilities
• Partner with the VP to manage priorities, time, and deliverables
• Prepare and refine presentations, reports, and executive communications
• Support strategic reviews (MORs, business updates, leadership presentations…)
• Conduct research and synthesize data into actionable insights
• Track key actions and follow-ups
• Manage complex calendar across multiple time zones
• Coordinate international travel and detailed itineraries
• Organize leadership meetings, offsites, and business events
• Ensure effective meeting preparation, readiness and alignment
• Act as key interface between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
• Draft and manage executive communications
• Prioritize and manage incoming communications
• Build strong relationships across regions and functions
• Support rhythm-of-the-business processes (KPIs, monthly reviews, ops review…)
• Ensure follow-through on key initiatives and decisions
• Maintain structured documentation and governance
• Drive continuous improvement in processes
• Handle sensitive information with discretion Supports VP in a multi-location, international environment
