Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Failure Analysis Engineer passionate about quality, electronics, and new technologies in the automotive industry. This technical role focuses on customer satisfaction by reproducing failures, determining root causes, collaborating on corrective actions, and preparing technical reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and test customer-returned parts using problem-solving methods.
• Identify root causes of failures, working with external labs and Tier 2 suppliers if needed.
• Prepare detailed Failure Analysis Reports with supporting evidence.
• Develop and update analysis procedures to meet customer and Lear standards.
• Support customers and participate in task forces for critical issues.

Qualifications:

• Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or telecommunications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with 8D, Ishikawa, and other quality tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent English and Spanish (German or other languages are a plus).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
