This is a Temporary Contract (Circa 8 Months).
Our Hardware Team Leader lead and coordinate the Hardware Engineering team to ensure successful execution of hardware development activities and timely delivery of hardware deliverables in line with project objectives, quality standards, and defined processes. Act as the main technical reference for hardware topics towards customers and cross‑functional teams, ensuring correct application of the Hardware Development Process across design, verification, and release phases.
Key Functions
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the Hardware Engineering team across all development phases, ensuring quality and completeness of deliverables
- Ensure compliance with the Hardware Development Process, including requirements management, design, verification, gate reviews, and releases
- Act as the main hardware interface towards customers and internal stakeholders, supporting technical reviews and issue resolution
- Manage hardware planning, KPIs, risks, change management, and open issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate hardware verification activities, review test results, and support quality, audit, and root cause analysis activities
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in hardware design and development, including schematic design, component selection, and design validation
- Proven leadership experience coordinating or leading a hardware engineering team in a project environment
- Solid knowledge of hardware development, verification, and requirements traceability processes (e.g. DOORS)
- Good understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Hardware Cybersecurity (ISO 21434) requirements
- Excellent communication skills with experience working in cross‑functional and customer‑facing environments
