Industrial AOI Test Engineer

Mission:

To lead the industrialization and continuous improvement of test processes for new product launches, ensuring high efficiency, innovation, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement test industrialization strategies for new launches
• Optimize test coverage, reduce test time and false calls, and support test troubleshooting
• Drive innovation and integrate new technologies aligned with Industry 4.0
• Collaborate on hardware/software development for production testing
• Train production staff on new testing procedures

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial Electronics or Telecommunications preferred)
• Programming and hardware knowledge
• Experience with automatic optical inspection systems (2D, 3D, RX)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Fluent in English and Spanish
