At Lear we welcome every year a new generation of young talent who can join us for an internship in a professional, dynamic and competitive environment. This experience allows students to gain a real work experience while working on their final degrees’ projects with the University

We are looking for trainees in the following fields: finance, purchasing and logistics.

What we offer?

• Trainee program.
• Up to 10 months of real work experience closely mentored by Lear professionals.
• Period: Up to 750 hours/academic year on site from July 2025 to May 2026 (Lear Valls).
• 20 to 35 hours/week.
• Economic grant
• Possibility to join Lear at the end of the program, upon positive reviews and available job openings.

What we are looking for?

• Students last year of:
  • • Business & administration.
    • Degree in economics.
    • Degree in finance and accounting.
    • Double degree in Business Administration and managment and in Finance and Accounting
• Fluent English as main working language.
• Any other foreign languages will be a plus.
• Main competencies we will value are: Teamwork, results orientation, analysis capability, communication. skills, motivation, ability to adapt and interact with multicultural environments.
• Erasmus or International experience will be a plus.
