Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead global software skills development initiatives and define training programs that foster continuous learning and professional growth.
Coordinate regional teams to create and maintain global standard work products, processes, and best practices.
Develop and mentor software engineering leaders and teams to build strong technical and leadership capabilities.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance software development efficiency and quality globally.
Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across global software engineering teams to establish common expertise and standards.
Partner with regional software leaders to harmonize software development methods, tools, and engineering practices across locations.
Support talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and career development activities in coordination with regional leaders.
Collaborate with engineering leadership, customer groups, and technology teams to address capability gaps, support project execution, and advance development processes.
Experience Requirements
10+ years of experience managing automotive embedded software engineering teams and delivering complex software projects.
Extensive experience with automotive software design, development, testing, and build processes, including AUTOSAR and non-AUTOSAR architectures.
Strong expertise in Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), including assessment preparation, execution, and improvement activities.
Proven track record of driving innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational capability development within software engineering environments.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
