About LPBS
LPBS is an internally developed Manufacturing Execution System, End‑of‑line system designed to monitor packing accuracy, identify defective parts,
and track hourly production performance against scheduled targets. The system integrates seamlessly with the ERP environment, enabling automatic
backflush of consumed materials and real‑time receipt of work orders directly from the ERP.
Role Overview
As an LPBS Deployment Specialist, you support the implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement of the LPBS application across EMEA plants. You work closely with Plant IT, end users, and central IT teams to ensure successful deployments and stable system operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Support LPBS deployments and upgrades across assigned plants.
• Coordinate with Plant IT to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Assist with installation planning, testing, and validation activities.
• Provide second-level support for LPBS-related system issues.
• Support user training and onboarding activities.
• Maintain system documentation and deployment standards.
• Collaborate with LPBS development and IT teams to improve system processes and functionality.
Required Skills
• Strong IT background with experience in application support or deployment.
• Knowledge of SQL / T-SQL and basic data analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of SDLC and IT service processes.
• Good level of English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across EMEA.
Preferred
• Experience with manufacturing or MES-related systems.
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Experience with SQL Server procedures, views, or SSIS.
