Job Description
LEAR Valls manuf. plant is looking for a high‑skilled Quality Management Systems Specialist eager to join a global leader in automotive technology.
We are a large multinational company based at the Electronics Campus in Valls (Tarragona, Spain).
We are seeking a professional with strong knowledge of Quality Systems and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will:
•Maintain, develop, and improve the Quality Management Systems (QMS) according to corporate and industry standards (ISO/IATF).
•Ensure that documentation, procedures, and internal processes remain aligned with customer and certification requirements.
•Support internal and external audits, coordinating preparation, execution, and follow‑up activities.
•Coordinate the management of non‑conformities, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
•Train and support the organization in QMS requirements, methodologies, and quality tools.
Key Outcome
•Strong ownership of the QMS, ensuring a robust, updated, and compliant system aligned with corporate and customer expectations.
•Effective coordination of internal audits and improvement actions to reinforce process conformity.
•High-quality documentation management: procedures, instructions, standards, forms, and records.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with all departments.
•Contribution to a culture of quality, standardization, and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
•University degree in Engineering or related technical fields. Others could also be considered.
•Experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably within the Automotive or Electronics industry.
•Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality core tools (8D, PFMEA, Control Plan, etc.).
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
•Proactive, analytical, well‑structured, and self‑driven personality.
Capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
