Lear Corporation eSystems Division, based in the Valls office, is seeking a Software Team Leader with strong leadership experience to manage software engineering projects and lead a team of engineers. The role focuses on overseeing the development, implementation, and verification of software components, while driving process improvement and ensuring high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process automation, quality data analysis, and engineering project leadership. Responsibilities:

• Plan and control software development tasks for projects.
• Act as the main point of contact between the customer and the project team.
• Define development and test strategies, report on project status.
• Manage global software resources and ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with external teams (customer, hardware, system, suppliers).
• Lead project meetings, risk management, and change control activities.
• Ensure deliverables meet company and customer procedures, policies, and requirements.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, etc.).
• Knowledge of Standard C design & coding rules, requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, TeamCenter).
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for software and teamwork.
• Familiarity with Functional Safety procedures (ISO-26262).
• Experience with SW development in ASPICE/CMMI, AGILE is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
