Job Description
You lead the end-to-end material operations and logistics function, ensuring efficient flow from suppliers to customers. This role sits within the operations team and plays a critical part in meeting delivery, inventory, and cost targets while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the logistics function, including procurement, planning, customer coordination, MRP management, and 3PL providers.
- Ensure on-time customer delivery in full compliance with customer requirements.
- Manage inventory levels and premium freight to meet operational performance targets.
- Drive excess and obsolete inventory reduction through regular reviews and corrective actions.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with 3PL service providers.
- Define and execute inventory audits, including wall-to-wall counts.
- Support new product and program launches to ensure logistics readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement across logistics processes and support cross-functional teams.
Experience Requirements
5+ years of experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems, with familiarity in QAD preferred.Proven experience managing 3PL providers and warehouse operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with fluent English.
