Manufacturing Manager Job based in Villa Ahumada Plant Trim Division

As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible to the operations manager and plant manager for complying with production programs, managing the human and material resources available, complying with previously determined quality and cost standards.
YOUR TASK WILL BE
1.- Ensure compliance with company policies.
2.- Supervises compliance with plant production programs ensuring predetermined cost standards.
3.- Ensures compliance with the predetermined quality levels in the month's forecast.
4.- Ensures the optimal use of the area's human resources through the adequate balancing of the production lines (in the sewing and foam process).
5. Responsible for the design of the most efficient and optimal work methods, use of the company's production equipment.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED
Industrial engineering or related
Experience in personnel management
Experience in continuous improvement projects, lean manufacturing, balancing, efficiency, customer requirements.
Schedule availability
Minimum experience of 3-5 years as a production manager.
