A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Finance Manager to join our Plant Leadership Team in Vyškov, Czech Republic. The production plant in Vyškov belongs to the E-Systems division. It therefore specializes in the production of terminals, connectors, fuse boxes and other products for cars of many global brands. You will report through a matrix organization to our Central Financial Manager based in Germany as well as the Plant Manager locally.

 

 

Job description and Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 6 financial specialists;
  • Participation in management and strategic decisions of the plant. Planning of activities that will lead to the profitability and growth of the plant;
  • Management of internal controls over all processes to maintain financial integrity and compliance with the SOX Laws (Sarbanes-Oxley);
  • Preparation of Forecasts and Budgets in collaboration with local management team and central finace team;
  • Monthly close procedures and reporting
  • Support of local management team to meet the financial goals of individual departments and the entire plant;

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in finance, economics or similar;
  • At least 3 years experience on simmilar position (preferably Automotive area);
  • Experience in corporate accounting, knowledge of LOC-GAAP and collaboration with external auditors;
  • Experience in creating Forecasts, Budgets and close procedures;
  • Experience with internal and process audits;
  • Analytical skills, ability to systematically solve problems;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, knowledge of BI tools is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Hyperion and SAP systems is an advantage;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Active English, both spoken and written;
