Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor Materials KPIs and support achievement of performance targets.
- Prevent and resolve customer service issues and escalations.
- Coordinate procurement escalations and drive timely issue resolution.
- Manage PTA tracking and ensure timely closure of open items.
- Support materials cost recovery initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance materials performance and efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure on-time material availability and customer delivery performance.
- Provide support to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CTPAT, OEA, SOX requirements, and internal procedures.
Skills
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience Requirements
- Experience in the automotive industry; experience in cut-and-sew operations is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in materials planning, logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with QAD MFG/PRO and advanced Excel skills preferred.
