Job Description

Cumplir en sus áreas los planes de producción establecidos con estrictos estándares de calidad.

Responsibilities

• Cumplir metas de producción, calidad y scrap.
• Balancear líneas y optimizar recursos.
• Resolver problemas de producción y calidad.
• Garantizar seguridad, orden y limpieza.
• Supervisar personal, capacitación y registros (Kronos).
• Asegurar cumplimiento de IATF, ISO y Modelo Operativo.
• Gestionar auditorías, residuos y acciones correctivas.
• Detener operaciones o producción ante riesgos o no conformidades.

Skills

Education Requirements

Ingenieria Industrial o afín. 

Experience Requirements

2 a 3 años en posiciones similares.
