Production Manager
Our Bremen facility, with approximately 1,000 employees, supplies complete seats and seat systems to premium automotive manufacturers on a just-in-sequence basis. To support our continued success, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead all production and assembly areas.
- Ensure delivery, quality, cost, and productivity targets are achieved.
- Act as the main contact for production-related customer topics.
- Manage budgets and cost centers.
- Lead, develop, and motivate production teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of production leadership experience, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and Industry 4.0.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Fluent German and English.
- Willingness to travel.
