Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Ensure with technicians all OLTs programs for serial production and the new launches
  • Participate with the team on the elaboration of the specification book for new holders, the engineering changes or improvement on the current holders
  • Manage the tasks with OLT technicians according to the production, engineering and quality request on the shop floor and on the several team meetings.
  • Ensure 5S of the workshops
  • Coordinate and manage with methods engineer and Team leader technicians the maintenance assistance tasks
  • Escalation of the major issues
  • Ensure the objectives in terms of MTTR and MTBF.
  • Inform the maintenance manager when the stoppage due to the program overpass 30min
  • Ensure the polyvalence between technicians according to the schedule approved by the maintenance manager
  • Ensure improved communication between technicians and production people
  • Communicate needs in terms of spare parts or services to the method  engineer and warehouse technician and make the follow-up escalate in case of roadblock to the maintenance manager
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools and spare parts
  • Ensure the proper storage and the safe use of equipments and plant facilities
  • Ensure the communication between the plant and the suppliers
  • Follow all procedures in terms of quality, maintenance, human resources, environment, health and safety
  • Respect the rules of hygiene and  safety according  to the seven key elements
  • Actively work with all functions  to achieve /maintain the following certifications:
  • Respecter les règles de santé, sécurité et environnement selon les sept éléments clés et ISO 14001.

 

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Technical degree (Bac +2/+ 5) in Programming / Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • High level of ownership and independence.
  • Ability to handle complexity and conflict with precision and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in programming tools related to testing equipment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Respect of the quality and HSE system requirements
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
