Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Ensure technical integrity and validation of all Off-Line Test Tables (OLTTs) upon receipt and throughout their service life.
  • Manage OLT technicians' tasks based on production, engineering, and quality requests.
  • Coordinate maintenance assistance tasks with methods engineers and team leaders.
  • Manage plant-supplier communications and escalate major technical issues.
  • Validate all OLTTs upon receipt at the plant to ensure their integrity.
  • Identify and communicate spare part needs to the methods engineer and warehouse.
  • Monitor and ensure objectives for MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
  • Ensuring all pin changes are recorded in the Maintenance Log with mandatory Module ID and Cavity details.
  • 100% execution of validation procedures for new or modified testers.
  • Store electronic versions of module prints, BOMs, and programs on the OLTT's hard drive or a shared plant drive.
  • Provide the mandatory format for the OLTT Maintenance Log and ensure it is available at the test station.
  • Create a list of all modules and the specific test pins (using supplier part numbers) for every tester.
  • Coordinate the internal deviation process for "Pin Substitutions" when original parts are unavailable.
  • Ensure workshop 5S standards and technician polyvalence according to approved schedules.
  • Respect hygiene, health, safety, and environmental rules (ISO 14001:2015).

 

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Technical degree: Engineering or related field (Bac +2 to Bac +5 level).
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role.
  • High degree of ownership / independence.
  • Ability to deal with complexity, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in programming tools related to testing equipment.
  • Respect for quality, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system requirements.
  • Good level in both English & French languages, spoken and written
