Position overview:

 

Reporting directly to the material management coordinator, our future warehouse & inventory coordinator will have as main mission to Control & manage Physical flow in the plant & ensure high stock accuracy to support plant performance.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Manage stock inventory & delivery to ensure daily plant production & customer requirements and maintain standards
  • Manage the stocks overall (RM, FG, Packaging-WIP) according to procedures and way of working LEAR
  • Manage the cycle-counts (RM-WIP & FG) according Lear requirement
  • Prepare and coordinate the wall-to-wall inventories
  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly reports according to LEAR Management requirement
  • Success FOA & all internal & external audits with zero unconformities
  • Manage picking & Kanban System to ensure materials availability on time & increase WIP stock accuracy
  • Ensure good & safe Material handling equipment
  • Ensure stock reliability & FIFO for RM & FG
  • Calculate & analyze warehouse capacity
  • Ensure a high 5s level inside the warehouse area
  • Support plant in all new Project launch & transfers
  • Support plant to achieve CI KPIs
  • Manage & improve scrap declaration in the plant

 

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Engineer degree in supply chain/industry or relevant field
  • +4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of material management (Physical flow & WTW preparation & execution, stock discrepancy analyses)
  • Relevant experience using ERP (Master Microsoft tools)
  • Very good communication skills & critical thinking
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
