Position overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Car Leader to join us in Meknes. If you like new challenges, want to join an amazing team, and enjoy fast-paced environments this opportunity is for you!

As a Car Leader, you will Lead a plant engineering Team to achieve objectives in accordance with customers milestones and allocated budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor & Drive timing projects.
• Ensure the Launch of new projects.
• Support plant to achieve forecasted efficiency
• Lead & follow up preparation for customer milestones
• Lead capex establishment and follow up.
• Ensure implementation of all request customer changes/specifications in accordance with program timing.
• Introduce new technology and new way of working to optimize/reduce labor

Key skills and Qualifications:

• Understanding of high-voltage manufacturing workflows and standards
• Engineering Degree
• Automotive experience and at least 3 years in Project Management.
• First Wiring experience is a must
• Good Project Management competencies
• Ability to prioritize work
• Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
