Position overview:

Drive Meknes WH plant in achieving financial target and LRP. Keep and strength internal control environment. Communicate efficiently/effectively financial and operational issues. Continue to work to improve the financial resources to deliver better services and improve managerial decision making (processes and organization). Work actively to strength talent and enhance Lear spirit “Working together, winning together and continuously improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help the operations team to Meet plant budget and forecast on quarterly basis.
• Achieve Material & Variable Margin targeted
• Ensure an efficient Scrap & Inventory controlling
• Good follow up of Capex receptions
• Deliver to BP&A all necessary financial data
• Report on Daily basis Operations & Finance KPIs
• Develop the team spirit
• Improve Customer pricing control and Customer Overdue Follow up.
• Improve the C&P output in term of margin analysis and CTO improvement. 
• Ensures the CAPEX expenditure is aligned with the purchase orders approved by the plant manager and the controller
• Take care of external audit needs & communications

Key skills and Qualifications:

• Master Bac+5 degree in Accounting/Finance/Management
• At least 3 years of experience in similar position
• Spirit of analysis
• Good financial knowledge
• Ability to prioritize work
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
