Responsibilities
Work Location : Meknes
- Report , follow & resolve any issue or risk relevant to inventory control operation
- Work closely with procurement , operation & engineering to solve issues related to materials flow
- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
- Ensure inventory accuracy in WIP and warehouse ( Cycle Count, Spot count), identify & understand root cause of GAPs , establish action plan for non-recurrences according to LEAP procedures
- WTW leader : Prepare and coordinate the WTW in plant , according to LEAR procedures
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory,
- Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse and WIP transactions and activities.
- Ensure periodic statistical information to manager regarding trends as related to inventory levels
- Successful all audits in Plant ( IATF, FOA, Customers audit…)
- Always research to improve all inventory operations according to company’s objectives.
- Create team with safety and efficiency as priorities.
Experience Requirements
- High education level (Preferably in logistics, Bac +3 or higher )
- Teamwork ability, field experience especially works in process & material flow
- Analytical spirit, reactivity & work in cross-functional team
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, MACRO; …)
- Statistics Analyze tools.
- Minimum 6 years experiences in Logistics
- Good team player
- Good english communication skills
