Responsibilities

• Manage customer engineering changes and ensure timely implementation.
• Review and maintain harness drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), cutsheets, and manufacturing documentation.
• Validate product compliance against customer specifications and engineering requirements.
• Update engineering and manufacturing systems (QAD, UCS, PLM, etc.).
• Support launches, transfers, and engineering change implementation.
• Analyze product costs and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Program Management, and Customer Engineering teams.
• Support product validation activities and issue resolution during production.

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive wiring harnesses is required.
• Good knowledge of BOM management, engineering changes, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and engineering systems/tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English and French proficiency.
