Position overview:

Reporting directly to Cutting production Coordinator. the main responsibility will be to oversee and manage production-related activities, such as scheduling, quality control, safety, and employee relations, to meet production and quality targets. In your area of production, with a high level of energy and passion for satisfying customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the personal management in accordance with human resources.
• Production Management and elaborating the action plan in case of any deviation.
• Ensure and improve cutting machines availability and readiness.
• Optimize the cutting load and work with CF team to achieve the target in terms of performance and load delivery.
• Communicate cutting KPIs in daily basis.
• Anticipate the potential safety risks related to cutting Machines area & the related Work process.
• Analysis and Improvement of machines performance and cutting production.
• Participate in CI Projects, delivering the LIPTs and BPs

Key skills and Qualifications:

• Bac+2 or a technical field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar position (cutting area)
• Experience with production, Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practices
• Good Communication skills
• Time management and Ability to prioritize work in daily cutting tasks
