Responsibilities
Location : meknes ES Plant
- Ensure the adequacy of human resources
- Production Management (Make a good follow-up of safety, quality, and production). elaborate an action plan if any deviation
- Ensure the validity of the means of production
- Organize the work and manage team leaders and operators.
- Communicate the results obtained at the level of safety, quality, and production).
- Follow up on production, quality, and rejection
- Reinforce the safety rules regarding the use of machines.
- Analysis and Improvement of productivity.
- Application of systems and methods defined.
- Develop CI Culture, encourage Innovation & kaizen share with Lear sister plant via BP
- Delivery: Serial production 100%, Service part 100% and meet the prototype MRD in all phases
Education Requirements
- Bac+2 or a technical field
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Experience with production, Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practices
- Ability to prioritize work
Languages
- Good Communication skills
- Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
