Job Description
Location : Meknes Plant
Reporting directly to the planning coordinator, our future Production Planner will have as main missions to plan, schedule, and monitor production activities in alignment with customer demand and plant capacity. Ensure smooth communication with procurement, production, and logistics teams to guarantee material availability and timely delivery. Prepare and maintain accurate production schedules and capacity plans. Contribute to the plant objectives of achievement in terms of safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Maintain 100% customer satisfaction and keep 100% delivery performance
- Ensure customer demand analysis and improving the MPS accuracy
- Maintain Planning stability, avoid fluctuations in the firm period without affecting customer delivery
- 100% SIOP, PFEP & Entitlement Model’ for FG.
- Keep the Objective of DOH difien for each project
- Preparation production Plan & Adherence with agreed L-base
- Ensure ABC planification method with Qty & consumption value and top over value
- Manage the new running change with minimizing of the obsoletes & Support plant to achieve forecasted efficiency
- Improve automatic balancing for MPS integration, and support RM target
Experience Requirements
- Bac+5, with at least 1 year of experience within an automotive Industry
- Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
- Solid understanding on Supply Chain, Logistics
- Highly effective communication skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of English language, spoken and written
