Your Responsibilities
- Act as the central interface between Lear and the customer AUDI, representing customer-specific requirements and interests in the field of the JIT/JIS complete seat or in trim
- Oversee ongoing projects – from pre-series to series production and spare parts – while maintaining direct contact with the OEM
- Take responsibility for the successful execution of acquisition projects
- Independently prepare quotations in collaboration with internal departments and manage contract reviews, quotation follow‑ups, and negotiations
- Handle change management processes, including commercial assessment, negotiation, and implementation of technical product modifications
- Strategically plan and conduct customer relationship management as part of your core responsibilities
- Monitor business performance by identifying deviations, conducting competitive analyses, and gathering customer‑related data for sales and marketing planning
Your Profile
- Degree in engineering or business administration
- At least 5-years’ experience in automotive Sales (VW Group/Audi preferred) – ideally in Lear’s direct market environment
- Initial knowledge in product development, manufacturing processes, or quality management for the complete seat or for trim components
- Enjoy taking initiative and working independently within a team
- Ability to analyze complex and evolving tasks
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- Enjoy building customer relationships and a trustful environment of collaboration
- Willingness to travel as required
