Financial Analyst (FP&A) (m/w/d)

 

Key Tasks:

 

  • Driving the assigned financial reporting processes for month close and forecast/budget.
  • Providing the support to Finance Team with regards to HFM system including volume reporting.
  • Preparing of wide range of financial analysis for Finance and Operations Executive Management.
  • Ensuring the data and processes compliance with Lear reporting and accounting procedures.
  • Optimizing the processes and tools resulting with efficiency improvement.
  • Cash forecasting reporting and overdue debtors reporting.

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • Business Degree and minimum 3 years experience in Finance, preferably in international commercial / manufacturing environment.
  • Very good Excel and HFM knowledge
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong USGAAP and accounting knowledge
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and on own initiative.
  • Stress resistance in a fast pace, multitask working environment.
  • Reliability in meeting of committed or given deadlines.
