Your Key Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will support the Audi Engineering Department in the allocation, completion, and improvement of existing processes, the creation of documentation, as well as graphical/PowerPoint presentations. You will have the opportunity to gain a helicopter view of how the development process in the automotive industry takes place, specifically in the seating business.

 

  • Collaborate with development teams to understand daily workflows and tasks
  • Analyze and optimize existing processes
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes and workflows
  • Develop visual representations (e.g., process flows, presentations) to improve clarity and communication
  • Conduct internal interviews to capture current practices and requirements
  • Support implementation of workflows and SharePoint solutions using Microsoft 365
  • Explore opportunities to apply AI tools (e.g., Foundry, Copilot) within development processes

 

Your Qualification

  • Technical background is advantageous but not required
  • Studies in business engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial/product design preferred
  • Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
  • Structured and goal-oriented working style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate across teams
  •  Fluent in English
  • Basic German skills required
  • Basic knowledge of data management systems is a plus
