  • Verify hardware designs through simulations, circuit analyses, and design reviews to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain hardware development documentation, including schematics, netlists, requirements traceability, and release packages.
  • Support Functional Safety and Cybersecurity activities, including reviews, analyses, and compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
  • Perform technical investigations, root cause analysis, worst-case circuit analysis, and support DFMEA activities to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Manage engineering changes and component replacements by conducting feasibility analyses and supporting change requests, corrective actions, and release processes.
  • Collaborate with system, software, mechanical, testing, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful product development and delivery.

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in hardware design and development for automotive or embedded electronic products.
  • Hands-on experience with schematic design, component selection, circuit simulation, and hardware verification activities.
  • Familiarity with Functional Safety standards and methods, including DFMEA, FMEDA, FTA, and related safety analyses.
  • Knowledge of automotive development processes, change management, cybersecurity concepts, and cross-functional product development environments.
