Job Description
Location : Rabat technopolis
You are responsible for creating FE meshes which are used in FE analysis to simulate components and complete systems in seat development. You ensure the quality of the meshes and you are responsible for on time delivery.
You work in an international team and act as an important member of the global Lear FEA team.
Responsibilities
- Independent meshing of automotive seating parts like plastic components, foam parts and structural components using the software HYPERMESH
- Active involvement in the decision for the correct meshing strategy, e.g., shell, solid meshing
- Managing incoming CAD data and ensuring its completeness
- Direct communication with CAD department and FEA engineers
- Geometry clean-up and FE mesh application on geometrical parts
- Full responsibility for the compliance with given quality standards and meshing specifications
- Cooperation on an international level within the global FEA group
- Respect delivery on Time for our customers
Experience Requirements
- Baccalauréat + 2 technique
- Technical qualification like design draftsman, technical worker etc.
- Good spatial sense and distinct technical understanding
- Fist experiences with CAE tools or other 3D computer programs
- Ability to work with concentration at the computer workstation
- Willingness to learn and develop further
- Motivated, flexible, team-oriented work style
- Knowledgeable in MS – Office package
- Good English knowledge is welcome, not mandatory
