Responsibilities

Location : Rabat Electronics Plant

 

  • Monitor on a Daily/weekly/monthly basis the key KPIs drivers such: Efficiency, Output, Scrap, RPPM, IPPM & WIP,
  • Lead and Manage production supervisor.
  • Ensure the required daily/ weekly/ monthly production targets are met within quality & Customer delivery expectations.
  • Ensure solid action plans in place to meet Forecast commitments in term of production plan achievement and customer delivery with right quality.
  • To achieve WIP Inventory target.
  • Collaborate with quality department on problem solving.
  • Lead/support layout changes and lines flexibility.
  • Collaboration with service training/ DRH to improve the Manufacturing team skills.
  • To ensure smooth ramp up of new launches by meeting each project milestone vs lines readiness and resources availability.
  • Achieve / Maintain IATF and LPOF with green status.
  • Acheive safety action plan.
  • Continue to enhance CI into SMT operations and meet the target CITs & BP per month.
  • Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement – Motivate the team – weekly / Monthly Reviews , CI Training Hours / employees including exercises and workshop, Kaizen Event per quarter with Direct and Indirect Labor participation. CI motivation and monthly rewards (Best Kaizen, Best workshop, Best of the Best Practices)
  • Innovating on labor Direct/indirect optimization.

Education Requirements

  • Engineering degree.

Experience Requirements

  • Around 4-10 years of experience on a similar position.
  • Strong leadership & collaboration skills.
  • Team builder.
  • Experience in implementation of continuous improvement and/or lean methodologies.

Languages

  • High communication skills.
  • French/English.
