Position overview:
Reporting directly to the Staffing Lead, and part of our EMEA Global Business Services, you will oversee, drive, and lead the end-to-end recruitment process, providing both candidates and Hiring Managers, an extraordinary customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in leading engagement with the Hiring managers and Administration team to drive efficiency and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, managing multiple senior and complex requisitions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners on hiring strategies and workforce planning
- Lead recruitment efforts for hard‑to‑fill, senior‑level, and high‑profile roles, including special projects
- Translate business needs into clear candidate profiles aligned with the company’s job framework
- Deliver a good hiring manager and candidate experience through proactive communication and timely feedback
- Drive recruitment activities in line with headcount plans, ensuring adherence to company recruitment processes
- Oversee job postings, candidate screening, assessments, and interview coordination end to end
- Tracking and reporting metrics for Global Staffing recruiting efforts (i.e. ATS Utilization, source, time to fill, diversity, etc.)
- Lead offer management, including salary negotiations, in line with internal policies and market benchmarks
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high‑volume recruitment environment, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex hiring scenarios while delivering a high level of stakeholder service
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Demonstrates high professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling company and candidate information
- Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written, Spanish would be a plus.
