Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the SCO digitalization roadmap aligned with Operations Digitalization strategy
  • Identify the technology solution
  • Coordinates IT, Digitalization and automation Teams
  • Leads/Coordinate development, implementation and deployment
  • Ensure the solutions are scalable across the plants
  • Technology Implementation: Lead deployment of Digital Tools from business case to go-live.
  • Governance: Track projects KPIs/ROIs, report progress and manage risks associated with Operations Digital initiatives.
  • Innovation scouting: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, autonomous systems,..) relevant to supply chain and pilot proof of concepts.
  • Responsible for delivering applications to SOW requirements, matched pair to Business Process Owner(s)
  • Full stack lead who translates SOW requirements into governed, production environment applications
  • Thinks like a product owner, maintains backlog, prioritizes enhancements
  • Supports front-end configurations to meet SOW requirements
  • Accountable for application delivery success Match Pair for BPO
  • Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements and targets definition
  • Learns the rules; understands them; follows them, and participates in the energy, environment, safety and health program (e.g. planned inspections; energy, environment, safety and health suggestions; energy, environment, safety and health management systems, etc.).
  • Reports all incidents, accidents and unsafe conditions and acts to supervisors or uses the system set up to facilitate reporting.

Education Requirements

  • Engineer/ Master with Background in computer science, data engineering or related domain knowledge preferred

Experience Requirements

  • Min 5 years in digital / IT transformation role
  • IT Technical background
  • Strong knowledge on development on Foundry 

Languages

  • Good english communication skills
