Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze raw material inventory levels and define appropriate safety stock based on production needs.
- Monitor stock movements and coordinate with production planners to adjust schedules when supply risks arise.
- Track supplier performance and resolve supply issues by identifying alternatives and escalation paths.
- Run simulations to anticipate shortages, excess, or obsolete stock and propose preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain project agendas aligned with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Perform capacity and logistics data analysis to support planning decisions and service levels.
- Monitor customer KPIs via portals/B2B tools and standard communications, ensuring targets are met.
- Manage supplier claims and chargebacks in SQTS, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or logistics.
- Familiarity with Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and planning tools or ERP systems.
- Experience working with supplier management, claims handling, or quality processes (e.g., IATF).
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills in English and French.
