Position overview:
The Tools & Process Analyst will be responsible for improving, standardizing, and digitalizing supply chain planning processes across five electronics plants. The role focuses on reducing inventory, enhancing planning efficiency, and supporting new organizational setups such as the centralized Material Planning team and SIOP team.
This position combines process expertise with tool development, leveraging advanced analytics and AI capabilities (Palantir Foundry) to deliver solutions. The analyst will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Material teams, and plant teams to ensure alignment and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning processes across 5 electronics plants
- Support the implementation and stabilization of centralized Material Planning and SIOP processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain digital tools (dashboards, automation, analytics) to support new processes
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics capabilities (e.g., Palantir Foundry) to drive data-driven decision making
- Lead self-driven improvement projects with clear business impact (inventory reduction, service improvement, efficiency gains)
- Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs, including inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance
- Track and enhance EDI and ASN compliance from suppliers to ensure planning accuracy and execution reliability
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and implement standardized solutions across plants
- Document processes and ensure proper governance, training, and adoption across teams
- Act as a bridge between business teams and digital/tool capabilities
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, process improvement, or analytics in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of MRP and supply chain planning processes
- Experience in data analysis and process optimization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment
- English (written and spoked) is a must.
