We are pleased to announce the opening of a new position in Lear CS Tangier.

Mission principale :

Encadrer une équipe de production sur ligne d’assemblage de composants plastiques et métalliques afin d’atteindre les objectifs de sécurité, qualité, coût et délai.

Formation requise :

Bac +2 ou +3 en (production industrielle, mécanique, plasturgie, électromécanique ou équivalent).

Compétences techniques :

Maîtrise des opérations d’assemblage industriel.

Suivi de la production et des indicateurs (productivité, rendement, rebuts, OEE)

Notions en maintenance de premier niveau.

Utilisation des outils bureautiques.

Compétences managériales :

Animation et encadrement d’équipe terrain.

Organisation du travail et gestion des priorités.

Communication efficace et leadership opérationnel.

Gestion des écarts, conflits et situations d’urgence.

Capacité à former et accompagner les opérateurs.

Connaissances qualité et méthodes

Notions de qualité industrielle (contrôles, défauts, traçabilité)

Application des standards qualité et sécurité (HSE)

Méthodes d’amélioration continue : Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, résolution de problèmes.

Expérience souhaitée :

Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en Production dans un poste similaire.
