Position overview:

 

Reporting directly to the Car leader, our future Industrial engineer will have as main missions to lead and support the industrialization of product (wiring harnesses), from Prototype to serial production.

Will be responsible for developing comprehensive manufacturing work instructions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This includes enhancing processes, skill sets, and equipment to achieve superior quality and operational excellence.

Also, contribute to the plant objectives achievement in term of security, quality, Delivery and CI..

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Interface with all plant departments and related functions during a program launch or engineering change implementation.
  • Prepare, control, and update the Capacity studies and Process Flow Diagrams
  • Preparation of technical documentation for production process and establishing method and technology for assembly of wire harness.
  • Prepare design manufacturing board lay-out, production areas lay-out definition.
  • Ensure, In conjunction with quality & the health, safety & environment coordinator, the performances and the validation of the equipment.
  • Equipment demand calculation change manufacturing process according to the loads.
  • Actively participating in general engineering tasks (CI, 5S /LPA audits.)
  • Participate to all workshops to improve Plant indicators.

 

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Education: Technical engineering degree Bac +5
  • 1-3 years min experience in manufacturing automotive Industry.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Good product & process knowledge for wire harness.
  • Microsoft office skills (Excel, PPT, …).
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
