Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop Lab quality engineers, technicians and auditors.
• Supervise the initial and periodical validation of manufacturing and testing equipment.
• Support the development of the PV plan, identify and implement the needed testing equipment.
• Supervise the execution of the PV plan.
• Ensure the follow up of the calibration and the Measurement System Analysis (MSA) of the testing and measurement equipment.
• Supervise the solving of warranty issues.
• Supervise the quality validation of aftersales parts.
• Support the investigation of internal and external Quality issues.
• Support the preparation of PPAP package for new products.
• Support the development and the execution of the control plan.
• Ensure adherence to Lear global and internal procedures and customer specifications.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of Quality Management System.

Key skills and Qualifications:

• Bac+5, with at least 5 years of experience within an automotive Industry
• Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards)
• Good knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO…
• Good knowledge of Quality Core-tools: MSA, SPC, Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP
• Good skills of Team Management
• Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
• Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
