Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop Lab quality engineers, technicians and auditors.
- Supervise the initial and periodical validation of manufacturing and testing equipment.
- Support the development of the PV plan, identify and implement the needed testing equipment.
- Supervise the execution of the PV plan.
- Ensure the follow up of the calibration and the Measurement System Analysis (MSA) of the testing and measurement equipment.
- Supervise the solving of warranty issues.
- Supervise the quality validation of aftersales parts.
- Support the investigation of internal and external Quality issues.
- Support the preparation of PPAP package for new products.
- Support the development and the execution of the control plan.
- Ensure adherence to Lear global and internal procedures and customer specifications.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of Quality Management System.
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Bac+5, with at least 5 years of experience within an automotive Industry
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards)
- Good knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO…
- Good knowledge of Quality Core-tools: MSA, SPC, Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP
- Good skills of Team Management
- Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
- Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
