Position overview:

Our future Logistics LJS AKU will have as main missions to maintain and control the manufacturing process of customer orders in KSK projects from the receipt of orders from customer until the consumption of orders by customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures the LJS system availability.
• Maintains users with access authorizations and roles.
• Conducts LJS users training.
• Monitors end-user activity within LJS.
• Maintains and monitors background jobs and communication with external systems such as printers, e-mail server or integration with:
  • QAD: Backflush, dispatch and forecast.
  • SVC: ASN, stoacts in and out.
  • Customer: EDM, VIN and TLS OFFTRACK messages.
• Validates that the communication between LJS and other systems is working as expected.
• Supports prototype, serial and spare part production phases in LJS.
• Ensures the LJS readiness for new projects, families, production lines or phases by:
  • Configuring LJS to support manufacturing process (family/line creation, SOGO configuration, QR-code setting, ability to integrate orders, order release, etc).
  • Managing Engineering master data.
  • Updating document template in LJS (OID card, pallet label, delivery note).
  • Updating LJS packaging and shipping applications.
• Ensures the successful and timely completion of LJS transfer/migration projects.
• Supports to succeed the full Wall-to-Wall systematic inventory in plant.
• Acts as an interim QAD AKU if needed.
• Makes continuous improvements in LJS in order to meet business requirements optimally by:
  • Enhancing LJS functionalities and configurations.
  • Developing new LJS reports.
  • Optimizing views of LJS web user interface and desktop applications.

Key skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or preferably master’s degree in information system or management.
• Must be organized, persistent and assertive.
• Have strong communication, and capable of solving problems.
• Should have skills on EDI, e-commerce and IT systems.
• Customer Responsiveness.
• Project management and reporting.
• Good level in both English & French languages, spoken and written
