Key Skills :

  • Estimating production costs and build the capex during the RFQ activities .
  • Analyzing the technical package and assess the feasibility
  • Developing the manufacturing process ( Tooling, equipment, lay out, resources...)
  • Trim developing of  new products
  • Conduct research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing
  • Development of control systems
  • Developing and testing technical solutions, such as simulation, modeling, optimization, statistical analysis
  • PFMEA (Organizing and coordinating activities, participate in team formation, moderate PFMEA workshops)
  • Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
  • Designing and planning equipment layout
  • Contributing in PPAP activities.
  • Monitoring the process performance and implementing the improvements to meet objectives
  • Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes
  • Establishing procedures and  individuals working instruction complying with the health and safety standards.
  • Providing training and support to staff of processes and systems; as well as researching the latest technologies, and best practices

 

To be successful for this role:

 

  • Master's Degree in Industrials, mechanical, electromechanical or mechatronics engineering.
  • Proficiency in using various software and tools, such as CATIA, Autocad, Accumark, PLM.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Team spirit
  • A strong sense of responsibility
