Position overview:
Your missions (but may not be limited to):
- Management of quality engineers.
- Establish direct contact with quality residents at customer sites to find solutions to solve the problems reported by the customer.
- Monitor Quality internal and external issues, related 8Ds & action plans and their effectiveness.
- Follow and improve customer scorecard and quality indicators WCs, RPPM, DPPM and LMQM.
- Reduce the cost of non-quality (Internal & External containment...).
- Control the effectiveness of quality activities (Process and product audits, equipment validation, operators qualification, validation of Engineering changes implementation…).
- Ensure the continuous improvement and the adherence to Quality System in manufacturing area.
- Coordination with cross functional team to ensure the delivery within due dates and with expected Quality.
- Support the preparation of PPAP package for new products.
To be successful for this role:
- Bac+5 with minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive industry within quality department.
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards)
- Good knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO…
- Good knowledge of Quality Core-tools: Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP…
- Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
- Good communication skills in both French and English.
