Responsibilities

  • Establish direct contact with customer-site resident quality representatives to identify solutions for customer-reported quality issues.
  • Ensure that quality issues are properly communicated to the plant.
  • Participate in the preparation and review of Control Plans and PFMEA.
  • Lead problem-solving meetings by appointing members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Implement, support, and monitor quality procedures.
  • Organize awareness and training activities related to quality issues.
  • Plan internal audits and define and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Raise awareness among operators and concerned personnel regarding the importance of complying with quality management practices.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement Plan projects.
  • Receive and manage customer complaint files according to customer requirements (8D methodology).
  • Support Production and Engineering teams in root cause analysis and action plan development.
  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
  • Conduct daily line quality meetings.
  • Handle internal non-conformities and validate implemented action plans.
  • Monitor quality indicators such as LMQM, RPPM, DPPM, and WC.
  • Manage and update visual communication boards on the relevant production lines.
  • Serve as the interface with the customer site and support the Resident Engineer.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations according to the seven key elements.

Experience Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5), Engineer diploma, or equivalent qualification, with preferably experience in the automotive industry.
  • Good knowledge of Quality Core Tools, problem-solving methodologies, and Control Plan development and implementation.
  • Proficient in both French and English.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
